Gosh, has it already been 4 weeks. I should be wearing a size 2 and skinny jeans by now....ahhh, right, this is the real world, no such luck.
Honestly, I almost forgot about posting about our healthy week. That just might clue you in on how my week went. Not much exercise in this week. I did work on my arms several times, and that exercise also included holding a couple of big, baby boys. That is an exercise that I don't mind in the least. Holding sweet babies as they curl up into little balls. Praise to their mommas...they get a workout all day everyday. (just for the record, I did do some actual real arm exercises too!)
Eating wasn't too bad. Although, with this weekend being what it is....I could blow it all in one night.
Anyway, I'd love to hear how you did. Did you get your exercise in? Water?
Remember...together we are going to ♥LOVE♥ getting healthy!

Lot's of parties!
So we go from Traci's pity party to a fun-filled Pumpkin Patch Party! Lot's of P's...but more importantly, lot's of parties!
Every year our church has a Pumpkin Patch Party. It is a fabulous, non-scary Halloween party for the kiddies. We have a cake walk (don't you all just love the cake walk...I do!), fishing in the pretend pond for prizes, cookie decorating, a photo frame craft, and a regular craft. We also do a ring toss (can you get the glow stick ring over the stem a pumpkin? It's not easy!), guess how many candy corn are in the jar, and we always lots of yummy snacks to snack on.
It's always a super fun time and the kids leave with a little less energy they came with....until they open the huge bags of candy that we send home with them. But heck, by then....they are at home with their moms and dads....climbing the walls...not our problem. (hehe!)
Anyway, this year's party was last Saturday and the kids dressed up as a cowboy and a cowgirl...and at the last minute, I decided to jump in too!
We had a fabulous time and then spend the rest of the evening at home with some friends. Thanks for coming over to hang out with us Bressner's. It was a fun night.
