Blogging....what's that?!?!

I've been a bad, bad blogger.

Yes, we've been busy! But really that's no excuse.

I'm just trying to enjoy all the fun things of summer, and of course, the kiddos......and honestly, I haven't made the time for it.

Here are just a few of things we've been doing!

We went camping with the Oswalds:

It was Clara's first camping trip! She was such a trooper!

As you can see, the rain didn't stop these guys!

Maggie and Mom (oh, how I ♥ this girl!)

I love this one.....cooking hot dogs with bike helmets on.....safety first!

Then it was swim lessons:

Mags is just waiting patiently....we are always early! (really...that's a good thing!)

It was pretty chilly several of the days....I think this was one of them. Doesn't she look cold!

Happy Boy!

That is Maggie learning how to dive. Not only is she now diving, but also doing front and back flips into the pool! Yikes....I almost liked it better when she had a little bit more fear!
Max likes to socialize too much....doesn't really pay attention to what he's supposed to be doing!

VBS:
Vacation Bible School was awesome this year! Actually, it's awesome every year, but this year was just a great year! A great big "Thank You" to all the people involved. God is truly amazing!

Papa & Jane's new flag pole:

Max loved helping Papa dig the hole for the new flag pole!

Papa is SO patient!

Please excuse the flag touching the ground, we were not trying to be disrespectful!
(remember, they are kids and totally wanted to do it themselves!)

Happy Independence Day!

Absolutely Beautiful!

Busy Bees!

Sorry for the lack in blogging, but we've been busy bees, working on our front yard.

We've turned it from not-so-nice,

To lookin'-pretty-good!

We hired a portion of it out, but did the rest ourselves, with the help of some very special people! You know who you are, and I can't thank you guys enough!

I'm very pleased with how it all turned out! Drive by, take a look and let me know what you think!
