The party was great! Lots of people and even the Central Illinois Banjo Club (her favorite), and Max's favorite too! But I think she was a little overwhelmed. It was also pretty emotional for her! We didn't stay super long, it's hard when you are seven and eight (even 38) to be in a room filled with *much* older people. We told her we'd be back when we could have her all to ourselves.

Now I have to apologize. I saw your post about sending a card, but I couldn't respond then and was going to come back and get the address. Then I forgot!
