Okay girls, if you live in any part of the country where the temperatures gets cold, you are going to want to read this. Living here in the Midwest, it gets pretty Let me just tell you, I LOVE it!
I usually turn the bed on when I'm upstairs putting the kiddos to bed. I'll come downstairs and hang out with my hubby for a few hours/watch t.v./blog/etc. and then when I go up to bed.... it is all toasty and warm. It's almost as if the bed totally just sucks you in. It is pure heaven girls, I'm tellin' ya! It totally makes the end of the day something to look forward to.
I have even called home on a few occasions when I have been out with the girls or at a church meeting to ask Andy to turn my bed on....he now knows and when I call, he'll say," I've already turned it on!" What a great guy I have!
Lately, I have felt Andy's cold feet sliding over on to my side of the bed more often....he's trying to get his feet all toasty too!
Anyway, this works for me and I know that if you live where it is cold...this will work for you too! Check out all the other great tips over at Rocks in my Dryer!

It doesn't get too chilly here in North Carolina, but I am going to get one of those, I am always cold when I go to bed....oh where were you when I lived in Idaho??

an electric blanket...oh you talk my kinda language! those are awesome. and i love the temp colder in our bedroom but love to snuggle under warmth!
I have one of these and it's the only reason I don't sleep on the couch (it's usually about 15-20 degrees warmer in the livingroom than it is in our bedroom). I LOVE it!

sounds great...it only gets cold enough to use it here a few times a year though! i'll keep it in mind for my MI and WI relatives!

Hi Traci! I've had one for about 4 years now and wouldn't live without it. They have really come down in price. And, my first one came with a 5 year guarantee. Sure enough, after two years, it wasn't working. I threw it in a box, sent it back and they sent me a brand new one! My favorite is to turn it on before I go to bed, and then off after I get in bed. It is just enough to take the chill off, but not overheat ya!
